In collaboration with Nachi-Fijikoshi Corporation, we are going to participate
in the “International Robot Exhibition 2013” from November 6 through 9
at Tokyo Big Sight, Ariake, Japan. You can enjoy the demonstrational exhibition
of ART-HIKARI’s Robot Seam Welder and One-side Spot Welder installed on
Nachi’s robots. On this occasion, you will be able to encounter our seam-welding
technology for specially-shaped work pieces as well as our spot-welding
technology called Twin-spot Welder that can automatically change pitches
during the welding process.
Please come and see ART-HIKARI’s new technologies on open display at the NACHI-FUJIKOSHI Booth in the “International Robot Exhibition 2013” (November 6 – November 9, 2013).
“The 4th ART-HIKARI & NACHI Technology Show” that was held on November 1 and 2 turned out successful, attracting more than 500 visitors of about 390 companies. We appreciate your great interest in our technologies and products. We continue to strive hard for developing even better products that can be created by our leading-edge technologies as an ultratech manufacturer. Thank you very much for your never-failing cooperation!
We are going to hold the 4th ART-HIKARI & NACHI Technology Show at
our Tatebayashi factory in Gunma Prefecture for 2 days on November 1 (Thursday)
and 2 (Friday).
This time we are pleased to exhibit and demonstrate the new-type robot seam welder for “corner welding”. With this technology, it is now possible to weld narrow corners (such as internal-radius welding areas) of car bodies.
With our one-side spot welder “AH-1”, we will show you not only hand-held welding, but also robot-mounted single-spot and twin-spot welding.
Please come and see ART-HIKARI’s new technologies on open display at the 4th ART-HIKARI & NACHI Technology Show. We are looking forward to meeting with you all at our Tatebayashi factory.

The Development Division of Nachi-Fujikoshi Co., Ltd. issued “NACHI TECHNICAL REPORT Vol.23A1” in October, 2011 to discuss “Seam Welding Technology and Robot Seam Welder”.
Technical Data “Seam Welding Technology and Robot Seam Welder” (．ｐｄｆ）
We have developed “Hand Seam Gun”. Through use of “AH-1”, one-side seam welding by hand has now become possible. “Hand Seam Gun” with AH-1 can weld at 2 meters per minute for about up to 1mm-thick workpieces. It can be used by hand, in a fixed position, or on a table. It can also be connected with other seam welders (as an optional extra). We exhibited and demonstrated it at the International Welding Show in INTEX OSAKA (April 11 – 14), and gained a very good reputation. Please check the new possibility for seam welding.
The “International Welding Show 2012” will be held at INTEX OSAKA for four days from April 11 through 14. At the booth of Nachi-Fujikoshi Corporation whom we collaborate with, we will exhibit and demonstrate our Robot-mount Seam Welder and “AH-1” (One-side Spot Welder with Low Welding-force) in both the robot application as well as in the handheld application. We are also planning on showing “Hand Seam Welder” using “AH-1”. Moreover, visitors can see the compact-size Tensile Tester which serves as quality evaluation for weld results. Please come and see us at Booth Number: 3-19 of Hall 4.
At the 3rd ART-HIKARI & NACHI Technology Show on February 9 and 10, we were proud to inform you that we gained the admiration from all the visitors. Among those exhibits was the one-side spot welder “AH-1”. The visitors saw our demonstrations for spot welding on the hat-shape weldpieces including welding stub bolts and nuts on the same hat-shape weldpieces. We also succeeded in showing about 2mm-thick tack weld for arc welding in view of the arc welding process without jigs.
Moreover, this time we demonstrated, on the table-shape workpieces, handheld seam welding from one side with low welding-force. Please check its video at the You Tube.
